Hi. I’m Drysen.
I help brands explain what they do, why it matters, and why people should care. Whether it’s a product walkthrough, a hype video, or a full brand story, I design 2D & 3D animations that make customers say,
“Ohhh… I want that.”
I believe every good animation should do three things:
1. Be instantly understandable. Your message shouldn’t be a puzzle to solve
2. Be fun to watch. If people enjoy it, they’ll remember it
3. Make your brand look better than it did yesterday.
I help strong brands communicate with more personality, clarity, and confidence. When your message needs to hit harder, feel sharper, or resonate deeper, that’s where I come in.
Since 2011, I’ve worked across animation, video production, and creative direction, building everything from nationally-aired documentaries to conference visuals, explainers, product videos, and more.
Outside of client work, I’m a husband, dad, volunteer firefighter, coffee addict, snowboarder, and maker. I live just outside Sioux Falls, SD, and for over a decade I’ve helped brands across the country (and occasionally around the world) tell stories that connect. From local fire departments to multibillion-dollar global companies, I’ve been lucky to partner with teams of every shape and size.
I make cool stuff IRL too.
As a hobby, I love finding ways to bring my digital art skills into the real world. It keeps me inspired, sharp, and endlessly curious. Plus, it’s fun to give gifts that came straight from my brain.
If you’re interested in one of my small-batch creations, (which were crafted with way too much attention to detail) you can support my hobby and browse my current lineup here:
Whether you’re a full-blown cribbage shark or someone who mostly plays for the snacks, this board delivers a damn good time. Each one is handcrafted from cedar and purpleheart, with your choice of a Tree of Life or Whimsical Moonlight Deer centerpiece.
One of the things people love most? It’s circular.
No more reaching across a giant rectangle or chasing pegs down endless straightaways. Every spot on the track is easy to reach, and the whole experience just feels… smoother.
Each board is made to order. Please give me a couple days to craft yours and get it shipped.
Want behind-the-scenes videos of your board being made? Just ask — I love sending them.
My daughters started their own business making fire starters, and they’ve absolutely nailed it. They make each one by hand using materials like soybean wax, hardwood sawdust, jute rope, and a touch of peppermint oil to keep your camper smelling fresh (and help chase off pests). Campfire, fire pit, wood stove, these things just work.
🔥 Each pack includes:
6 handmade fire starters
Soybean wax & natural materials
Peppermint oil for freshness & bug-repelling
Artwork by Olivia or Clara!
Each starter burns for roughtly 15 minutes.
Perfect for campers, cabin stays, or anyone who just loves a good s’more.
If you’ve been following their story and want to support, they’d be thrilled to pack up a box and send it your way. 🔥 They hope to hit their sales goal to go camping by the ocean.
Proud dad? Absolutely. But also: these things are legit. Give ‘em a follow on their Facebook Page.
A collaboration between two nerds who love making cool stuff.
Caitlin Cadieux illustrated the adorable little rats, and I brought them to life in wood using my CNC, laser engraver, and a whole lot of sanding and finishing.
Each set comes with:
1 custom hardwood charcuterie board featuring Caitlin’s original rat illustration
2 glass ramekins for dips, nuts, or whatever fancy snacks you pretend to buy
A matching ambrosia maple stand so it looks good on your counter even when you’re not using it
The whole thing is food-safe, fully sealed, and ready to use or proudly display.
** This board contains epoxy and is not intended for use as a cutting board. Please use it for cheese and charcuterie only.**
